Tiramisu is among the most popular desserts, served in all sorts of places, not only Italian restaurants and pastry shops. His recipe has been adapted for cakes, puddings, ice creams and other dessert options. To prepare tiramisu for 6 people, you need the following products: 250 g of mascarpone cheese, 1/2 tsp. liquid cream, 5 tbsp. Kalua, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. espresso coffee, 5 tbsp. cocoa, 250 g of biscuits. Whip the cream (1/2 tsp) with the sugar (1/4 tsp) and mix with the cheese (250 g) and the coffee liqueur (kalua) (5 tbsp). A third of the biscuits are dipped in the coffee for a moment and arranged in a single row in a square pan with a side of 20 cm. Spread with 1/3 of the cream. Next comes a second row of soaked biscuits, cream and again a row of biscuits, a row of cream. Top the tiramisu with cocoa or grated chocolate and refrigerate until serving.
