To prepare chocolate candies with dates at home, you need the following products: - 30 pcs. unsweetened dates - about 200 g, pitted, 5 tbsp. peanut butter, 70 g dark chocolate, 2 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp coconut flakes for rolling. Put all the ingredients except the coconut shavings in a powerful blender or chopper and blend until a velvety mixture is obtained (about 5 minutes). Form candies of the desired size and roll them in the coconut flakes. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour and the candy is ready.
