Apples are also a valuable raw material for the production of apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has been used not only in cooking but also in folk medicine for thousands of years. The amazing thing is that this natural product preserves all the valuable substances of the fruits from which it is made. Vinegar is further enriched with enzymes and acids obtained during fermentation.
